Job summary

Aegis Worldwide seeks a QMS & EHS Manager to oversee quality management and environmental health and safety in a manufacturing facility in Michigan. You will ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA, and related regulations while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

You will lead audits, maintain documentation, provide employee safety training, and partner with operations to enhance quality and safety, managing multiple projects and improving culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of quality systems and/or EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience conducting or supporting internal and external audits.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS and EHS programs.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA and regulations.
• Lead internal and external audit preparation.
• Conduct internal quality, safety, and environmental audits.
• Identify improvements and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist with 8D reports and root cause analysis.
• Develop and provide safety training and compliance training.
• Investigate workplace incidents and maintain OSHA records.
• Support environmental reporting and permitting requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and leadership to enhance processes.
