Job summary

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) is seeking an EHS professional to lead safety, health, and environmental compliance across client sites, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Hygiene or related field, with a focus on maintaining safety programs, incident investigations, and regulatory submissions to OSHA, CAL/OSHA, and EPA. On-site work at multiple facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or Social Science related field.
• Experience or familiarity with EHS regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accountability, transparency, cross-functionally and effective communication within the EHS Department.
• Investigate and prepare required reports of EHS system performance and incident reports.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA and fire codes; coordinate inspections and permits.
• Coordinate and supervise training related to safety programs and ergonomic practices.
• Prepare regulatory reports and oversee waste management and environmental compliance.
