Job summary

BPP is seeking a Manager of Environmental Health & Safety to own the design and execution of EHS programs across multiple Rancho Cordova sites, including safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance. This role requires hands-on leadership, daily floor presence, and program ownership beyond paperwork.

You will lead the electrical safety program per NFPA 70E, manage lockout/tagout, coordinate with the Field Safety Specialist, and ensure timely incident investigations and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of EHS programs and site-level execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and design EHS programs for assigned sites across safety, IH, and environmental compliance.
• Lead electrical safety program and NFPA 70E compliance at sites.
• Manage hazardous energy control and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Coordinate with the Field Safety Specialist and cross-site teams.
• Conduct site walks, safety inspections, and employee training.
• Oversee Cal/OSHA inspections, records, and reporting.
• Drive incident investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
