Job description

The EHS Content Developer - Monitoring Analyst assists the ERM Libryo Content Team in the Latin American pod with content development, including monitoring, analyzing, and processing regulations primarily in the areas of environmental and health and safety.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting research into regulatory law in Latin American countries and other regions as needed.
  2. Monitoring various sources of law for relevant regulatory developments.
  3. Identifying relevant statutory instruments and applicable titles and sections.
  4. Applying metadata to regulatory texts or annotating legal texts.
  5. Collaborating with the Content Director and other Content Developers in the Latin American team.
  6. Performing any other reasonable tasks.

Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience: a background in law or as a top-tier EHS compliance professional, with at least 4 years of regulatory analysis experience in the EHS domain.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working with legislation, understanding Acts, regulations, preambles, and sections.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with initiative, comfortable with remote work and results-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about working with emerging, agile technologies.
  • A team player.

Reporting Line: You will report to the ERM Libryo EHS Global Regulatory Monitoring Team Lead and Legal Sourcing Analyst.

Location: ERM Libryo has a remote-first working policy; you will be affiliated with your nearest ERM office.
