We are looking for a highly skilled Remote Nurse or Monitoring Specialist who will monitor patients' vitals and determine whether they are in or out of range.

Minimum Requirements
  • Formal education as a Registered Nurse or Healthcare aide or equivalent experience (RN, LVN, LPN).
  • Strong verbal and communication skills in English.
  • In-depth understanding of disease processes related to vital sign monitoring (hypertension, heart failure, CKD, asthma/COPD, and obesity).
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Clinical experience in inpatient settings is preferred.
Tasks
  1. Conduct remote physiologic monitoring treatment management services, including interactive communication with patients/caregivers during the month (99457).
  2. Call patients for verbal assessment and health teaching.
  3. Manage computer/online guidelines for responding to customer queries.
  4. Coordinate patient care and collaborate with other healthcare team members through electronic medical records.
  5. Monitor vitals and determine whether they are in or out of range.
  6. Assess vitals and prioritize based on patient needs.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient rights in an online environment.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress and respond to alerts through remote monitoring tools.
