Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking an on-site Site EHS Manager in Miamisburg, OH to lead all Environmental, Health & Safety programs. You will partner with site leadership to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure ISO 14001/45001 alignment, and maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local requirements.

You will oversee hazard control, CAPA processes, health initiatives, and audits, while guiding capital projects for safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (OS, Environmental Science, or Engineering preferred).
• CSP, ASP, CIH, or CHMM certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety culture with visible engagement and accountability.
• Implement and maintain EHS Management System (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).
• Own regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and fire code requirements.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA; drive injury/incident reduction.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases with occupational health team.
• Support sustainability goals and cross-functional project reviews.
• Lead audits and maintain records in enterprise systems.
• Deliver Life Saving Rule-aligned training and maintain confidentiality.
