• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Experience with incident investigations and corrective actions.

• Deliver safety training and onboarding for new and existing employees.
• Manage PPE programs, industrial hygiene sampling and exposure monitoring.

Job Description:

EHS Manager | Walker, MI

Salary Range: $84,000 – $129,000 depending on experience

Usual Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering or a related field.
• or more years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with workers compensation case management.
• Certified Safety Professional or similar certification.
• Experience with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systems.
• Background in industrial hygiene or ergonomics.
• Experience with behavior based safety programs.
