Job summary

quała seeks an EHS Manager to oversee and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across 2 locations, with primary oversight in Linden, NJ. You will ensure 100% compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and NJDEP regulations and lead the TCPA program on site.

Responsibilities include regulatory audits, PHAs, MOC, incident investigations, and safety training, with 20–30% travel to Chesapeake, VA. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant safety/environmental field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial ops.
• Direct NJDEP TCPA/OSHA PSM experience required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NJDEP regs and high-hazard programs.
• Travel up to 30% to support regional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TCPA program at Linden, NJ and audit compliance.
• Lead PHAs, MOC, Hazard Assessments and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and audits with NJDEP.
• Provide EHS training and foster safety culture.
• Support regional site in Chesapeake, VA as needed.
