Job summary

Novolex is seeking an EHS Manager in Hazle Township, PA to oversee the development of a proactive Environmental, Health, and Safety plan in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include driving EHS policy development and conducting necessary training to uphold safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive and related professional health and safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Environmental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
• Maintain updated OSHA and EPA required written programs.
• Oversee reporting and investigations of potential injury and safety-related issues.
• Develop and deploy policies and programs to support best practices.
