Job summary

Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to oversee all EH&S programs, develop policies, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The position requires 3–5 years of EH&S experience with supervisory responsibilities and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, or related field, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years EH&S experience; supervisory/management experience 2–3 years preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement EH&S programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards.
• Develop and deliver training on EH&S policies and safe work practices.
• Establish incident management protocols and corrective action processes.
