Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Corporate EHS Manager to lead policy implementation, training, and safety practices across park locations. You will audit programs, ensure OSHA/EPA/compliance, and drive corrective actions while partnering with departments to sustain guest and employee safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Environmental, Health, or Safety and 5 years of related experience, preferably in a theme park setting, with flexibility for odd hours and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, or Safety preferred.
• Five (5) years of related Environmental, Health, and/or Safety experience or training.
• Prior theme park EHS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental/safety laws and ability to research new information.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical expertise to implement and audit policies and safety practices for all park locations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policy related to EHS, water quality, and chemical management.
• Interface with regulatory authorities and maintain cooperative relationships.
• Develop and review company-wide EHS policies and ensure implementation at each park.
• Lead park EHS teams and audit safety/environmental programs to ensure compliance.
