Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across project sites in Utah, Idaho, and Texas. The role requires a background in construction with a focus on environmental health and safety, and a passion for safety leadership.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, hold BCSP certifications, and be willing to travel frequently. Competitive pay and extensive benefits are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish fluency required for diverse teams.
• Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT or BCSP designations.
• Proficiency with Google G Suite is preferred.
• Must be physically capable of climbing ladders and working in extreme weather.
• Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in UT and ID.
• Solar farm experience required.
