Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Cheswick, PA seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to design, implement, and monitor safety programs across the facility and ensure EPA and OSHA compliance. This hands-on role spends about 90% of time on the production floor, leading training, conducting audits, and coordinating corrective actions with plant leadership to prevent incidents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety or equivalent with 2-4 years' experience.
• Must have experience managing EH&S programs in manufacturing.
• OSHA 30 highly preferred.
• DOT and Driver Safety programs preferred.
• Hands-on, on-the-plant-floor leadership with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety programs and drive best practices across Trulite locations.
• Spend 90% of time on the production floor.
• Create reports to ensure EPA and state compliance (air permitting, hazardous waste).
• Track workers' compensation and develop programs to reduce incidents.
• Conduct OSHA training and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with plant leadership to identify exposures and corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA logs and required recordkeeping.
• Lead safety education programs for supervisors and staff.
