Job summary

Coleto Brands LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction across a multi-site distribution network. Based at the Jefferson, GA distribution center, this role travels about 20% to Braselton GA, Las Vegas NV, Greenville SC, and Solon OH locations to drive continuous safety improvements and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–7 years in an EHS role, plus strong knowledge

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in an EHS role, preferably in distribution center, supply chain, manufacturing or retail environments.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, OSHA standards, EPA requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience managing workers' compensation claims and case management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead safety program development across distribution facilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA and related regulations.
• Coordinate training programs including new hire safety orientation, monthly safety training, forklift certification, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Perform risk assessments and develop emergency action plans and drills.
