Job summary

Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Savannah, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee facility-wide safety programs, regulatory compliance, fire protection, and ESG initiatives at our Bloomingdale, GA manufacturing site.

The role requires proactive leadership of Safety Technicians, cross-department coordination, and ensuring ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance while maintaining OSHA records and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EHS or industrial safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Hands-on experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hazardous energy control procedures.
• Experience maintaining OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 records and reporting.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification and audits.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems, emergency response, and environmental compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workplace safety programs, inspections, and hazard identification.
• Manage LOTO procedures and machine safety requirements.
• Maintain OSHA 300, 300A, 301 logs and reporting and determine recordability.
• Oversee fire safety systems, drills, and emergency response planning.
• Manage ISO 14001/45001 compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental compliance and ESG reporting initiatives.
• Lead Safety Technicians and coordinate with multiple departments.
