Job summary

Dogwood Industries, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead site safety programs at our Everett, WA facility. You will partner with operations and HR to strengthen OSHA compliance, drive incident prevention, and foster a proactive safety culture across production teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing safety, proven team leadership, and fluency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, plus OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a safety representative in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience managing a team.
• Fluent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to establish a strong safety culture.
• Understand and apply legal health and safety guidelines.
• Produce reports and develop relevant policies.
• Analyze data for risk assessment and safety improvements.
• Complete OSHA 300 reporting and safety audits.
• Develop emergency plans and coordinate trainings.
