Job summary

OSI Group seeks an experienced EHS Leader to drive the safety and environmental program across multiple Indiana facilities, including Tipton, Kokomo, and Morristown. You will mentor and oversee EHS staff, manage incident investigations, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, risk assessment expertise, and experience in manufacturing safety programs, with occasional travel between sites to support operations and audits.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in related field preferred.
• 7+ years in progressively responsible safety/environmental roles in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of governmental safety regulations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS culture and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Oversee EHS Specialists at Kokomo, Morristown, and Tipton locations with ~20% travel.
• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
