Vibrantz Technologies in Ashtabula, OH is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across manufacturing sites in the Americas. You will strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with global EHS partners.

This role develops and implements EHS programs, trains staff, tracks performance metrics, and champions workplace safety and environmental responsibility, with emphasis on data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on EHS experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in EHS.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations with audits and incident investigations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of EHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety culture through risk assessments, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS activities across sites in the Americas and with global partners.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and monitor regulatory changes.
• Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives and data-driven improvements.
