Job summary

Forgen, LLC. is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee the implementation of the EHS Program in Rocklin, CA. The role involves managing safety initiatives, conducting audits, and providing support to project teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a safety-first culture.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in safety or engineering, along with a minimum of five years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction or similar fields. This position also offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing safety programs in civil, environmental, or general construction.
• Exposure to oil refining and mining environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for direct reports.
• Drive a safety culture that promotes Incident and Injury Free Performance.
• Conduct and coordinate project audits and develop project Health and Safety plans (HASPs).
• Evaluate field operations for improvements in safety and risk control.
• Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching to project teams.
