Job summary

Forgen is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of the EHS program across North American projects. You will drive IIF initiatives, develop HASPs, supervise EHS staff, and coordinate audits, training, and incident investigations.

Strong safety leadership and communication are essential for success. You will partner with project teams to embed safety into planning and execution, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum five plus years of experience managing safety programs in civil, environmental, or general construction sectors.
• Experience with incident investigations and HASP development is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across project teams and client interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise EHS programs across projects, ensuring ALARP risk reduction.
• Develop and administer health and safety plans (HASPs) and project policies.
• Conduct training, coaching, and incident investigations; drive IIF initiatives.
• Perform audits, inspections, and air sampling; track safety metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with project operations to embed safety in daily work and schedules.
