Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC's Ventra Ionia facility in Michigan seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs, training, inspections, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe workplace.

Responsibilities include coordinating emergency response, maintaining reports, and developing continuous improvement of EMS across shifts. Requires degree in environmental health & safety and 5+ years manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental management, health & safety or related field.
• Experience with environmental regulations, compliance and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain Environmental, Health and Safety programs.
• Coordinate inspections, training and regulatory reporting.
• Lead emergency response planning and cross-shift cooperation.
