Job summary

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea Group) is seeking a mid-level EHS Manager in Breinigsville, PA for a full-time, onsite assignment of 12 months with potential extension.

You will join a top global tech company’s EHS team to lead safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and state/local regulations. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of EHS experience in semiconductor, chemical manufacturing, or laboratories, with global/site experience, and the ability to drive change and align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of EHS experience in semiconductor, chemical manufacturing, or labs.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and high-risk operations preferred.
• Experience managing safety in global, multi-site operations.
• Ability to develop and implement global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage EHS policies and procedures in line with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulations.
• Maintain compliance calendars and monitor training, inspections, and reporting.
• Lead EHS programs across operations and support new equipment installations.
• Serve as SME for safety inspections, hazard identification, and program implementation.
• Monitor EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement.
