Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience.
• Experience in distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, risk assessment, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Experience with industrial hygiene, hazard communication, ergonomics, and environmental compliance.
• Experience developing and conducting EHS training and safety programs.
• Knowledge of local and regulatory EHS requirements.
• Project management and continuous improvement/OPEX experience preferred.
• CSP or CIH certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily EHS and safety activities at both distribution centers.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS and safety training for employees and managers.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain and update site EHS plans, policies, and procedures.
• Support compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor activities involving forklifts, conveyors, racking, trucks, and material handling.
• Track EHS data, incidents, and trends and provide reports to site leadership.
• Support continuous improvement/OPEX initiatives related to safety and compliance.
• Work with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partners as needed.
