Job summary

IFF Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the safety, health, and environmental programs at our site. You will manage the EHS team, drive safety culture, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, while aligning with corporate safety initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to implement and sustain site-wide safety programs and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field; minimum 6 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a food plant or related business.
• Experience in developing a Safety Culture and implementing OSHA and corporate safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHS team and manage personnel, performance, and development.
• Ensure highest safety standards in all site operations; manage safety reviews and risk assessments.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental reporting and ISO 14001 certification.
• Oversee contractor management policies and incident investigations; drive root-cause analyses.
• Roll out corporate MOCs and safety policies; drive continuous safety improvements.
