Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking an EHS Manager to coordinate environmental, health, and safety management at the Mentor, OH facility. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and resource conservation while leading EHS programs tied to enterprise objectives.

The role reports to manufacturing/operations leadership with dotted lines to Corporate EHS, and involves collaboration with Lean, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Service and Innovation to drive a culture of safety and continuous

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in a related technical or business discipline with 6+ years of experience.
• Proven competency in a team leader role for two or more years.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team-building skills to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute EHS programs to meet enterprise and unit EHS objectives with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and other applicable EHS management system certifications.
• Prepare and report EHS performance metrics and regulatory reporting.
• Manage an EHS training program across the business unit from employee to leader.
• Coordinate EHS corrective actions from audits, inspections, and incidents.
• Coordinate energy, water, and waste/resource conservation programs.
• Oversee EHS-related changes for new processes, equipment, and people.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, facility closures and remediation as needed.
• Integrate EHS with Lean, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Service and Innovation.
