Baxter International Inc. is seeking an EHSS Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of the plant EHSS strategy, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while overseeing Occupational Health programs.
This role requires a deep understanding of EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations, at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, and proven leadership abilities. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.
EHSS Manager will lead the development and deployment of Plant EHSS strategy, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and Baxter EHSS objectives. The role includes oversight of Occupational Health programs and supports other Baxter locations.
The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000–$143,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses. Pay is based on location, skills, expertise, and experience.
