As EHS Manager, you will serve as the senior Safety, Health and Environmental leader for the Atlas Point site and a key member of the Site Leadership Team. You will provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and regulatory oversight across all environmental, occupational safety, and process-safety activities.
This role combines regulatory leadership, people leadership, and operational influence. Success depends on building a strong safety culture, maintaining regulatory excellence, and ensuring EHS and process-safety principles are embedded into every operational decision.

As regulations evolve and expectations around environmental stewardship and process safety continue to increase, strong EHS leadership has become increasingly important to long-term site performance.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future EHS strategy for a complex chemical-manufacturing site while directly influencing safety culture, process safety, regulatory excellence, environmental performance, and operational success.
This is an on-site leadership position located at Atlas Point in New Castle, Delaware. The role reports directly to the Site Director, leads the EHS function, serves on the Site Leadership Team, and acts as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, external stakeholders, contractors, local responders, and regional/global SHE leadership.
The role owns the site PSM program, contractor EHS framework, and emergency preparedness and response program, and may be called upon to support emergency situations outside standard working hours.
