Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an EHS Training & Safety Coordinator to lead hands-on and blended safety training across multiple operations. You will develop lesson plans, manage schedules and training records, and support LMS administration while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2–4 years in EHS training, knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations, and the ability to travel up to ~30%.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Safety, EH&S, Education, Training, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of EHS training or safety coordination experience.
  • OSHA/EPA/DOT knowledge; OSHA 501/511 preferred.
  • Experience with LMS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel up to ~30% and work in office, industrial, and field environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led, hands-on, and blended EHS training programs across operations.
  • Develop and maintain lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and documentation.
  • Coordinate training schedules, instructors, facilities, and equipment via LMS.
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance docs.
  • Support LMS administration, reporting, and user support; monitor completion and trends.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing training records and documentation.
  • Conduct field audits/site visits to evaluate training effectiveness and needs.
  • Support EHS inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

# EHS ManagerCorporate Health and Safety## Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dependable and organized **EHS Training & Safety Coordinator** to support MPW’s Environmental, Health, Safety, and Training initiatives through hands-on training delivery, compliance coordination, and program administration.
