Innova Solutions is seeking an EHS Manager for Abilene, TX, on a 6-month full-time contract. You will lead onsite EHS programs for large-scale data center construction, conduct inspections, ensure OSHA compliance, and mentor safety personnel.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in EHS leadership, a relevant degree or BCSP cert, OSHA 30, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel nationwide to support multiple sites. Compensation ranges hourly and benefits apply.

• 8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in construction.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Experience with inspections, incident investigations, process safety, and safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite Environmental, Health & Safety programs for large-scale data center construction projects.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, safety observations, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and client-specific requirements.
• Partner with project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to foster a strong safety culture.
• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, training programs, and ongoing safety coaching.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, audits, SDS inventories, permits, and safety metrics.
• Supervise Safety Coordinators, Safety Specialists, and other field safety personnel.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and address compliance issues proactively.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent incidents.
• Prepare and deliver regular safety reports to project leadership and corporate EHS teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety processes and performance.
• Act as the primary EHS contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Abilene, TX

As an EHS Specialist, you will be:

• Lead all onsite Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs for large-scale data center construction projects.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, safety observations, and hazard assessments to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and client-specific requirements.
• Partner with project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to foster a strong safety culture.
• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, training programs, and ongoing safety coaching.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, including audits, reports, SDS inventories, permits, and safety metrics.
• Supervise and mentor Safety Coordinators, Safety Specialists, and other field safety personnel.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance and address compliance issues proactively.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety?or related field or a BCSP Certification (such as CSP, ASP, CHST or OHST)?.
• 8+ years?of progressive EHS leadership experience in the construction industry?.
• OSHA 30?Certification
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.?
• Extensive?hands-on?experience with inspections, incident investigations, process safety, contractor safety, and safety training.?
• Proficiency?with Microsoft Office, MS 365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting systems.?
• Ability to travel nationwide as part of a mobile deployment team supporting largescale data center construction.?

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $47 - $57 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
