Job summary

Emerson in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Maintenance / EHS Supervisor to lead maintenance and EHS functions within a fast‑paced distribution center. You will manage powered equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety programs to keep operations safe and efficient.

This hands‑on leadership role requires 4+ years in maintenance/EHS within a DC, 3+ years supervising hourly staff, and strong Excel/Office skills to build reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in a Maintenance/EHS and Facilities role within a DC.
• 3+ years supervisory experience overseeing hourly staff.
• Ability to independently lead and manage EHS programs.
• Strong communication and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce EHS policies and procedures.
• Submit regulatory reporting on time.
• Develop non‑EHS staff to support EHS programs.
• Lead workers' compensation management.
• Collaborate with OSHA, EPA, state/local regulators.
• Lead investigations of incidents and root-cause analyses.
• Conduct routine safety observations and training.
• Lead EHS meetings with facility personnel.
• Provide maintenance support for the facility and utilities.
• Schedule and lead preventive maintenance for all equipment.
• Drive 5S and hygiene compliance across the site.
• Identify and upgrade equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
