Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead and implement a comprehensive safety program at our Illinois facility, driving a Zero Harm culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across all operations.

You will maintain records, investigate incidents, and collaborate with teams to embed safety into daily work. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred. OSHA 30-hour is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EHS experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Proficient spoken and written English, bilingual Spanish preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain programs supporting Finlays Solutions ‘Zero Harm’ Safety program.
• Maintain site safety records such as training registers and OSHA 300 logs.
• Lead site safety incident investigations, including near miss situations or injuries.
• Author and maintain H&S policies and procedures for operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF and regulatory requirements.
