Job summary

MCC is seeking an EHS Manager for its Bowling Green, KY facility to lead safety and environmental programs. You will oversee compliance with EH&S regulations, manage the Velocity safety system, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the safety system (Velocity) for the York plant.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate training and implement safety and sustainability programs.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
• Develop recycling programs and oversee audits by regulatory agencies.
• Maintain records and report key safety metrics.
