Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
Experience in an EHS role within manufacturing/industrial environments.
Knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards (29 CFR 1910), EPA (40 CFR), DOT (49 CFR).
Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
Knowledge of risk assessment methods and industrial hazard controls.
Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels.
Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
On-site position at Westminster, SC; no remote or international work.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EHS programs and systems.
Develop and deliver EHS training, employee engagement, and safety awareness initiatives.
Conduct facility inspections, audits, JHAs, and risk assessments to mitigate hazards.
Lead investigations of incidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental events with root-cause analysis.
Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities.
Manage core safety programs such as Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Hazard Communication, LOTO, and more.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HR, and leadership to integrate EHS into daily operations.
Monitor EHS KPIs and regulatory reporting; support sustainability goals.
Provide technical guidance on capital projects and new equipment installations.
