Job summary

Printpack is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator/Manager to serve as the site's primary Environmental, Health, and Safety resource at our Williamsburg facility. You will provide leadership, direction, and expertise to plant management and associates, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing workplace risks.

This role drives risk reduction, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while supporting 100–150 associates, with responsibility for safety culture, training, incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Regulatory knowledge: OSHA, EPA, DOT.
• CSP certification preferred as a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a proactive safety culture across all operations.
• Interpret and implement federal, state, and local EHS laws and permits.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and preventive measures.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate EHS training programs.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Maintain emergency response protocols and documentation.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Support VPP status and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractor safety requirements and compliance.
• Partner with HR/Operations on injury case management and RTW.
