Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in construction, manufacturing or precast environments.
• OSHA 30 (General Industry) preferred; OSHA 501 required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture through communication, accountability, and engagement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Lead safety training programs (LOTO, PPE, fall protection, confined space, lifting).
• Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
• Create and maintain Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Partner with contractors to ensure adherence to company safety standards.
• Track safety audits and corrective actions to completion.
• Analyze safety data and provide improvement reports.
• Support environmental compliance and pollution prevention.
• Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Monitor air, water, and waste regulations.
