Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, occupational safety, engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–10+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Proven ability to influence teams and build proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Drive risk reduction initiatives across manufacturing processes, including machine safety, LOTO, and contractor safety programs.
• Oversee environmental compliance efforts such as hazardous waste management, air emissions, permitting, and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and tracked.
• Champion safety culture through training programs, audits, emergency preparedness, and cross-functional collaboration.
