Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree – Environmental/Sustainability strongly preferred; engineering or related discipline acceptable.
• EPA and Texas environmental regulations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain compliance with EPA Title V and waste permits.
• Develop and implement air, water, and waste programs; spills prevention and control.
• Maintain environmental monitoring and recordkeeping for permits.
• Lead environmental incident investigations and permit compliance.
• Provide regulatory guidance to facility leadership and operations teams.
