Job summary

ESI Solutions, a TransTech company, seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Lead to promote a proactive safety culture across biogas sites. You will work closely with the EHS Manager and Operations Team to implement and verify health & safety processes at worksites within our OHSMS.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of EHS experience and a Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or STEM, with strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable EHS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or STEM.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote proactive safety culture across sites.
• Coach site leads on implementing and verifying safety processes.
• Conduct site visits and safety training.
• Lead participation in the Safety Committee.
