Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an EHS Specialist to provide direct environmental, safety, and health support for MAGRIS Talc operations in Montana. The role involves ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and company policies, either personally or through location personnel and contractors.

The candidate will conduct exposure analyses, develop programs, manage permits, and oversee the Environmental Management System, while coordinating EHS training and audits across Montana sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational safety, industrial technology, or related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance, permitting, incident investigation, and reporting protocols.
  • MSHA Blue Card preferred; certification obtainable within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job exposure analyses to ensure safe work environments according to EHS standards.
  • Develop, implement, and administer environmental safety and health programs.
  • Oversee and manage operating permits and monitoring, sampling and reporting requirements for all Montana sites.
  • Own and manage the Environmental Management Systems.
  • Coordinate and co-conduct EHS training.
  • Organize and complete MSHA ART for all MT sites.
