Job summary

Meta is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Lead to join the Data Center Facility Operations team in Rayville, LA. The role will deliver training, ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company EHS policies, and drive implementation of global EHS standards across sites.

You will lead incident investigations, manage risk, and partner with vendors and site teams to foster a proactive safety culture while supporting construction activities and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Environmental, Health and Safety field.
• 4+ years in EHS field in lieu of 8+ years if applicable.
• Experience in EHS program management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and track health and safety training for onsite employees and contractors.
• Identify and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company EHS policies.
• Develop and implement organization-wide EHS standards and guidelines.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and injury case management.
• Support day-to-day EHS operations and partner with construction/EHS professionals.
