Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Interns to support seed production facilities during the summer of 2027.

Interns will be assigned to York, Nebraska, or Tipton, Indiana, and work with site leaders and EHS professionals on safety, health, and environmental initiatives. The program helps students build practical EHS capabilities within agricultural production operations, contributing to projects that strengthen workforce protection, compliance, and continuous

Qualifications

• Pursuing/bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health and safety, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to collaborate with employees, leaders, and technical professionals in a production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS standards review and application under site leader guidance.
• Participate in line walks, workplace assessments, and audits; document observations and track corrective actions.
• Assist with industrial hygiene duties including noise, chemical exposure monitoring, and ergonomics.
