Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, reporting findings, approving system modifications, delivering safety training, conducting drills, and producing compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, natural, or applied science, or related field.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to operate UTMB vehicle.
• Equivalents may be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for life safety and environmental programs.
• Performs audits, inspections, and reports findings to reduce risk.
• Develops and delivers environmental health and safety training.
• Reviews and approves proposed modifications to fire protection systems.
• Maintains documentation of required testing and compliance.
