Job summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking an EHS & Facilities Manager to establish a culture of safety and environmental compliance across the manufacturing facility. You will ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, manage facility infrastructure, and lead preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with site leadership and operations.

The role requires 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial settings, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive cultural change and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on EHS experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA Standards and EPA regulations.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems in industrial settings.
• Strong capability to drive cultural change, engage frontline personnel in safety practices, and communicate effectively with plant leadership.
• Strong communication, team mentorship, cross functional leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead safety and environmental programs across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations across facilities.
• Manage facility infrastructure, maintenance programs, and utility operations.
• Collaborate with Production, HR, and Quality to promote a safe culture and continuous improvement.
• Lead emergency preparedness, training, and response planning for both sites.
• Coach and develop maintenance and EHS teams; manage budgets and contractors.
