Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Campbellsville, KY is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager for an industrial manufacturing site. You will lead safety, environmental compliance, and facilities programs to drive operational performance and a zero-incident culture.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Service, R&D, and Warehouse to reduce risk, improve uptime, and support site growth, with visibility on the floor and strong leadership of EHS and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety or related field.
5+ years in EHS within manufacturing/industrial settings.
3+ years of proven leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
2+ years using ERP/CMMS/EHS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead facility operations, infrastructure maintenance, and daily site performance.
Ensure full EHS and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT, state/local).
Drive a zero-incident culture through hazard identification and risk management.
Oversee maintenance programs, contractor coordination, and emergency readiness.
Manage facility projects including construction, equipment installs, and relocations.
Track, analyze, and report safety, maintenance, environmental, and downtime metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support operations.
