Job summary

JR Automation Technologies, LLC, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an EHS&S and Facilities Specialist for our Ogden, UT site. You will lead regional safety initiatives, manage EHS and facilities projects, and champion sustainability efforts across manufacturing and office environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in EHS or related field, with experience in Lean and safety program implementations. Onsite work in Ogden, with a pathway to advanced safety leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, safety, or related field.
• Experience implementing safety programs in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Certifications such as CFM or CSP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to foster a proactive safety culture across manufacturing and office environments.
• Independently manage EHS, Sustainability, and Facilities initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and improve safety programs aligned with corporate standards and local regulations.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to mitigate hazards.
