Job summary

JR Automation Technologies, LLC is seeking an EHS&S and Facilities Specialist onsite in Ogden, UT, to lead regional safety and sustainability efforts within manufacturing and office environments. The role independently manages EHS and facilities initiatives, builds a proactive safety culture, conducts audits, and partners with Global EHS teams to meet regulatory and corporate standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in EHS or related field and at least three years of experience, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or related field required.
Minimum of three years’ experience in environmental health, facilities management, safety, security, maintenance, and space management.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S is preferred.
CFM, CSP, or experience in corporate sustainability preferred.
Advanced PC and organizational skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Lead regional EHS, Sustainability, and Facilities initiatives across sites.
Perform safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Drive energy efficiency and emissions reduction projects toward 2030 goals.
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure safe facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into operations.
