Job summary

Oiles America Corporation seeks an EHS & Governance Specialist to manage the ISO 14001 environmental system within a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate compliance across functions, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in environmental and safety performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, regulatory monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration to reduce risk and sustain ESG objectives across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years in environmental, health & safety, sustainability, or regulatory compliance.
• 3+ years general office experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and safety management systems.
• Certifications in EH&S preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support ISO 14001 Environmental Management System improvements.
• Support OSHA-related compliance and site safety initiatives with leadership coordination.
• Monitor EPA/OSHA regulations and assist with PFAS and restricted substances reporting.
• Act as a central point for EHS/ESG data, inquiries, and cross-functional communication.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and follow-up actions to closure.
• Manage environmental programs including waste, chemical compliance, and sustainability metrics.
• Support regulatory reporting obligations and data collection for compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate materials and processes for EHS risks.
• Assist in training delivery on RCRA, DOT, and site-specific requirements.
