Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in an environmental field.
• 2+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, or air permit programs.
• Strong knowledge of EPA/state environmental regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office and environmental reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance programs and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain permits, licenses and required documentation.
• Assist with wastewater and stormwater management and inspections.
• Manage hazardous waste storage, labeling and disposal activities.
• Conduct routine environmental inspections and identify risks.
• Assist with incident response, investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide environmental training and participate in safety committees.
• Track performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
