Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) seeks an EHS Engineer for Bedford, MA with 25-30% travel to NJ and Wilmington, MA locations. You will manage day-to-day environmental, health, and safety operations at multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The candidate will lead hazardous materials management, chemical inventory, incident investigations, and EHS training while supporting regulatory reporting and SDS management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an EHS role in manufacturing/semiconductor environments.
• Experience with EPA, OSHA, RCRA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
• Hazardous waste management including labeling, manifesting, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eyewash/shower and monthly fire extinguisher inspections across all sites.
• Coordinate hazardous waste pickups with vendors, labeling, storage, and manifesting per regulations.
• Maintain chemical inventory database and Safety Data Sheets library.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs (air permitting, stormwater, wastewater, waste minimization).
