Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and overseeing EHS disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing contractor safety programs and high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contractor management safety programs.
• Collaborate with supply, legal and operations to drive program success.
• Provide expert EHS support to Business Operations as safety partner.
• Travel to engage suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Conduct site assessments, audits, hazard analyses, and safety inspections.
• Develop safety programs, training, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Respond to urgent safety concerns and incidents investigations.
• Promote a strong safety culture while balancing timelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
